What sizes do your fitted hats come in? Our 59FIFTY fitted hats come in sizes from 6 7/8 to 8, and each product page shows the sizes available for that hat. Snapbacks (9FIFTY, Pro Pinch) and 9TWENTY hats are adjustable, one size fits most.

How do I find my fitted size? Measure around your head about 1/8 inch above your eyebrows and ears. Match the measurement to the New Era size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, size up.

Are your hats authentic New Era? Yes. Our hats are made by New Era. Some styles are by Mitchell & Ness and are labeled on the product page.

How fast do in-stock orders ship? In-stock orders ship from New York within 1 to 2 business days.

How much is shipping? New York State $7, rest of USA from $9, Canada $20. International rates are calculated at checkout.

How do pre-orders work? Pre-order hats are made to order. Each product page shows an estimated ship date. Recent pre-orders shipped about 6 to 7 weeks after ordering. If we are going to miss the date, we email you before it passes and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. If you cancel a pre-order that is not delayed, we refund it minus payment processing fees.

Can I return or exchange a hat? All sales are final. If your hat arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email Capsule@LacedUp.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it.

When do new hats drop? New drops go live on capsulehats.com and are announced on Instagram @capsulehats. Sign up for email to get drop alerts.
