From its origins, Capsule has been committed to a premium hat experience. We release limited quantities of every design, making each release an extra special and timeless item. We give a free Capsule Pin with every hat, ranging from our classic pins, to our exclusive collection-specific pins. Every Single Hat also comes with a free Capsule Custom Hat Display Box and Tote Bag.
Laced Up
Capsule Hats is a sister brand of Laced Up. Laced Up is one of the biggest names in the Streetwear World. The Creators of the Original Hypebeast Mystery Box, and purveyors of Authentic Bape, Supreme, Jordan, Yeezy, and all the streetwear you could ever need!
Laced Up has 13 retail locations in New York and New Jersey, as well as an online website!
How can I purchase Capsule Caps?
We do weekly In-Store and Online Drops.
In-Store is the best way to get Capsule designs. We release weekly Saturday mornings at all Laced Up locations. All drops are first come, first served and release at 11am.
Online drops release Saturdays at 4pm EST, and are extrermely limited at this time.
What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
We do not Accept Exchanges or Returns. All sales are final, please make sure you are purchasing the right size before you order.
I didn't receive my order but my tracking number says it was delivered?
Capsule Hats is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered.
Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. Some times the mailman will scan the pre-scan the package the package and deliver it within 24hrs.
If you're still not able to locate the package after checking all points above, please contact us. Dependent on the circumstances, we may be able to provide additional resources to help you find a positive solution.
